How To Make Burger

Ingredients :

• 1 pound (453 grams) 80% lean ground beef/chuck
• 6 burger buns
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 thinly sliced tomatoes
• 6 slices of cheese
• Lettuce leaves
• Ketchup
• Mayonnaise
• ½ small red or white onion
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 1 tablespoon white pepper
• 1 garlic clove
• Handful fresh herbs, chopped roughly
• Salt and pepper to taste

Steps : 

1. Make the patties. Grind the beef.
2. Chop the onions and garlics.
3. Mix the garlic, onions and beef in a big bowl.
4. Add the sauce, ketchup, mustard, and the chopped herbs. Mix together. 
5. Add egg yolk, salt and pepper and mix with hand.
6. Cover the patties with plastic.
7. Chill for 30 minutes.
8. Add oil or butter to the pan and fry the burgers (bread) well.
9. Put the vegetables and other toppings as you want. 
10. Put the patties.
11. Done. Enjoy.
