Sangat disarankan jika ingin membuat salad sebagai ujian praktek Bahasa Inggris, pastikan siswa paham cara menggunakan aneka peralatan dapur dengan baik. Pastikan juga bahan yang dipergunakan memang ada dan mudah didapatkan.

Contoh Procedure Text - How to Make Salad

How To Make Fruit Salad

Ingredients

• Apples
• Pears
• Kiwis
• Strawberries
• Bananas
• Mangos
• Watermelon
• Melon
• Dragon fruits
• Jackfruit 
• Honey
• Mayonnaise
• Cheese   

Steps : 

1. Slice the fruits.
2. Put it together in a big bowl.
3. Add mayonnaise, honey and cheese.
4. Put it in the refrigerator for a while.
5. Your fruit salad is ready to eat. Enjoy.

How To Make Pork Salad

Ingredients :

• 1 carrot thinly sliced
• 1 cucumber diced
• 1/2 cup snow peas
• 1/2 cup asparagus
• 500 g scotch pork fillet thinly sliced
• 1 cup green salad
• 1/2 cup cherry tomato
• 1 cup crunchy noodles *to serve
• 1 capsicum sliced
• 1/3 cup plum sauce
• 2 teaspoon sweet chili sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon ginger crushed
• 0.125 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 2 tablespoon honey
• 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic

Steps : 

1. In a separate bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients.
2. Fry the pork in a pan. Set aside.
3. Add the sauce to the pan and bring to the boil. Simmer for 2-5 minutes.
4. While sauce is cooking, steam or fry the asparagus then season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the pork to the pan of sauce to coat.
6. Place the salad in serving bowls, add the warm pork and the asparagus. 
7. Drizzle the sauce over the salad and top with crunchy noodles.

How to Make Vegetables Salad

Ingredients : 

• 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
• 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon pomegranate juice
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
• 1 ½ teaspoons water
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 5 radishes, chopped
• 1 small jicama, peeled and julienned
• 5 romaine lettuce leaves, torn into bite size pieces
• 2 green onion, minced
• 1 clove garlic, minced

Steps : 

1. Toss together the cucumber, tomato, onion, pepper, radish, jicama, and lettuce in a large bowl.
2. Whisk together the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, pomegranate juice, salt, pepper, dill, basil, and water in a small bowl.
3. Drizzle dressing over the salad just before serving.
